The form below is for vendors who are ready to participate in the festival[s]. Please do not fill out the form if you are not 100% ready to become a vendor. Once you have filled out this form you will be emailed by the festivals Vendor Manager who will then start the process of formalising the vending.  If you have any questions about vending please email us at vendors@cheeseandmeatfestival.com and will help you answer any questions you may have.
